Regional Group Australia Pty Ltd is a diversified construction and services group operating across Australia. Our head office is located at 20L Sheraton Road, Dubbo NSW 2830, and we operate across Infrastructure, Energy, Mining & Resources, Residential, Government, and Industrial & Agricultural sectors. References to “RGA”, “we”, “our”, or “us” throughout these Terms refer to Regional Group Australia and its subsidiaries and related entities.
Engagement Terms
All formal service engagements with RGA are governed by a signed Engagement Letter, Contract, or Statement of Work. Work does not commence until written agreement is in place. This protects both you and us by ensuring expectations, scope, and responsibilities are clearly defined before any resources are committed.
Verbal commitments, email exchanges, or informal discussions do not constitute a binding engagement. If it isn't documented in writing, it is not agreed.
Our Services
What We Commit to
- Delivering services to the standard specified in your contract or statement of work
- Providing qualified personnel with appropriate licences and certifications for each scope of work
What We Don't Commit to
- Outcomes not expressly stated in the agreed scope of work
- Results dependent on conditions outside our reasonable control (site access, weather events, third-party delays)

Limitations of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, cimply’s liability for any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the value of the services provided under the relevant engagement. cimply is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
